How does pricing work?
Pricing is per bag, per hour: $2 for a carry-on, $3 for a medium bag, and $4 for a large bag. Waitlist members can lock in $1.50/hr lifetime founding pricing.
Can I prepay?
Soon. Founding members will get the chance to lock in $1.50/hr lifetime pricing before public launch.
Will my card be charged?
No. Joining the waitlist does not charge your card. We'll only set up payments once reservations officially open.
What can I store, and how big can the bags be?
Everything from carry-ons to large checked bags. Have oversized items like strollers, golf clubs, or skis? Let us know on the form so we can plan capacity for them.
How long can I keep my bags in storage?
Anywhere from a couple of hours to several days. You'll tell us your expected duration when you join, and we'll bill by the hour.
When can I drop off and pick up?
We're planning extended, traveler-friendly hours near DFW to cover early arrivals and late departures. Final hours will be confirmed with waitlist members at launch.
How secure is my luggage?
Every bag is sealed with a tamper-evident tag, stored under 24/7 video monitoring, and handled only by background-checked staff. Storage is insured, so your belongings are covered.
